WARRANTY DETAILS

We are confident in the quality and durability of our indoor home garden, but understand that things can change for you. After the AEVA is shipped, we offer a two-year warranty on all product parts.

MOBILE APP

Our Mobile App makes it easy for you to care for your plants. You will receive notifications when it is time to add fertilizer to your AEVA, as well as refill the water reservoir.

SHIPPING

Order processing

All Just Vertical orders are processed at our manufacturing facility located in London, Ontario, Canada.
Shipment

After your order has been processed, it can take up to 1-2 weeks for your unit to leave our facility (to be shipped). You will receive an email notification once your unit has left our facility.
Delivery

Once your unit leaves our facility, the delivery company and time will depend on where you are located.

Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) your unit will be delivered by Second Closet. You will receive an email from Second Closet within 7 business days from the day your unit leaves our facility to schedule a delivery date and time. For shipment to the territories, please contact sales@justvertical.com.

Throughout the rest of Canada, your unit will be delivered by Western Logistics. Delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days. Western Logistics will call you to schedule a delivery time and date.

For shipment to Canadian Territories: Please reach out to us at sales@justvertical.com. For shipment to remote locations, an extra fee may be applied.

In the United States, your unit will be delivered by Deliveright. Deliveright will contact you within 14 business days to schedule a delivery time and date.

You will not get a tracking link for your AEVA delivery, however, you can contact us at sales@justvertical.com if you would like an update on your units shipment and delivery.

**We try to be as accurate as possible with our shipping and delivery times to ensure you can grow with us as quickly as possible. However, due to the constantly changing realities presented upon us by the COVID-19 pandemic, our estimates are subject to change. This extends to both shipping times (Just Vertical controlled) and delivery times (externally controlled by carriers).

Simple to use and hassle-free, the AEVA always comes fully assembled and will be dropped off at the front of your door.

Preparation

When packaging our products, only one team member interacts with your unit. We minimize risk by thoroughly washing our hands and wearing protective gear when preparing your order.

Handling

Every unit that leaves our facility is handled with care. As we pass our units across to our partners, we ensure that the hand-off is as smooth and safe as possible.

Delivery

In response to the pandemic, our partner shipping carriers are carefully following the CDC and WHO guidelines by restricting visitor access to facilities, implementing individual hygiene guidelines for all employees, and sanitizing all company trucks at the start of each shift.

Grow your own produce and enjoy

Harvest and enjoy over 200 varieties of plants including herbs, leafy greens, tomatoes, strawberries and more on a monthly basis.

With the AEVA hydroponic system, plants grow in contact with water and a nutrient-based solution. Once functional, the system efficiently sends unused water back through the system, offering the plants a constant flow of water and nutrients. Watch your herbs and produce grow within weeks!
